Rotary for the Development of Youth's (RDY) mission is to foster responsible, well rounded, and productive young people through exposure to an agricultural environment and integrated with the local community. Echo Lake Farms foster care service is their first project and is dedicated to foster children and their foster parents. 

     RDY and Echo Lake Farms vision is to establish a localized community where children whose lives have been interrupted by the necessity of being removed from their families, will be in safe and loving homes where their foster parents will be able to enjoy the support of other neighboring foster parents.
