Several years ago, Milton Starnes, a dedicated Guardian ad Litem volunteer, envisioned creating mini farms on his 200+ acres at the edge of Clay and Putnam Counties. His dream was to provide foster parents and children with a unique opportunity to live in a nurturing agricultural environment, surrounded by animals and hands-on farming experiences. Although Milton passed away in 2024, his legacy continues through RDY, carrying forward his mission to support foster families and inspire future generations.
